Pico de Gallo Salsa

6 small vine-ripe tomatoes
3 small cukes or 2 medium cucumbers
4 sweet or hot (or both) small peppers
2 limes juiced
1 lemon juiced
1 small onion (red, white, or both)
2 tsp dried cilantro or 1/4 cup fresh cilantro
1 tsp salt substitute
1 tsp sea salt
pepper to taste
Directions
- Dice all veggies and mix with the juices and spices in a large bowl.
- Enjoy immediately or let the flavors blend first.
- Keep refrigerated.
