Ingredients
3 vine-ripe tomatoes
1/2 medium avocado
1 red pepper chopped
1 carrot
1 celery stalk
1 cup almond milk
1 tbs nutritional yeast
3/4 tsp sea salt
1 garlic clove
1 tbs lemon juice
Directions
- Blend in a high-speed blender until smooth and warm, but avoid heating it above 118°F.
- Pour into bowls and serve warm.
- Garnish with parsley flakes.
