Raw Vegan Cheese Dip

Ingredients
1 cup almonds, soaked 8 hrs or overnight, drained, and rinsed
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 tsp dried basil (or 3 large basil leaves)
1 clove garlic (or 1 tsp garlic powder)
Sea salt and ground pepper to taste
Optional: 1 tsp nutritional yeast or more to taste
Directions
- Blend in a high-speed blender. You will likely need the tamper.
- Look how creamy! This makes a great cheese dip! And it’s so delicious and healthy!
- You can put it on raw vegan pizza.
- And dehydrate it.
- Or make some zoodles and mix it in for raw mac n cheese.
