Ingredients

  • 3 vine-ripe tomatoes

  • 1/2 medium avocado

  • 1 red pepper chopped

  • 1 carrot

  • 1 celery stalk

  • 1 cup almond milk

  • 1 tbs nutritional yeast

  • 3/4 tsp sea salt

  • 1 garlic clove

  • 1 tbs lemon juice

Directions

  • Blend in a high-speed blender until smooth and warm, but avoid heating it above 118°F.
  • Pour into bowls and serve warm.
  • Garnish with parsley flakes.
