This delicious raw vegan onion dip is made with a base of raw, soaked, sunflower seeds. They give this dip the perfect firm texture without using sour cream or beef broth. Use raw crackers or vegetables to dip or use your favorite. A high-speed blender is best, but a food processor will work, too. In fact, we used the Ninja Professional Food Processor to make this raw vegan onion dip in the video below. This recipe is very simple and very close to what you would buy at the grocery store, but it is far healthier. We hope you enjoy it! Also, see our raw vegan cheese dip and pico de gallo! Yum!
